- Click 'Book Online' 24/7 anytime to check availability and see actual rate for each room for a specific date. When you complete the reservation and provide your credit card number, the amount listed will be charged. (If there is a balance due, it will be collected upon arrival.) Please provide a valid email address to receive your confirmation. On-line reservations are "pending" until confirmed.
- Call 508-228-0072 for rates, availability, room selection, and information. We will be happy to discuss your plans, as always, in person and take your reservation.
- 9 am - 9pm Daily in-season.
- 9am - 6pm Daily off-season.
Reservations are confimed after payment. A reservation number/confirmation letter will be sent to you by email.
We do not 'Hold' resrvations with credit cards, the payment is charged in advance.
One night reservations - we reserve the right to move you to a comparable room, as we continue to take other reservations. We will try to accommodate one night reservations with a specific room request

- Cancellation:
Call 508-228-0072, to cancel, speak to a staff member and you will be given a cancellation number. (no email cancellations or phone messages)
- 10% Cancellation Fee
- 15-day notice or 30-day notice (for some reservations) is required to shorten or to cancel a reservation.
- Shorter notice requires re-rental for refund.
- One night reservations or same-day cancellations are non-refundable
- Weekends/holidays with minimum stay requirements, if shortened are non-refundable
- Vacancies caused by late arrivals or early departure due to weather or any other circumstances are considered to be cancellations.
Group reservations (3 rooms or more), weddings, some holidays, events, and reservations of 7 nights or longer require 30-day notice to cancel or to change a reservation. (Changes to reservations for Christmas Stroll must be made before October 31.)
